2. Booking and Payments
- Bookings for all tours and packages are subject to availability.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking, with the full balance due by a specified date prior to departure. Payment terms will be detailed during the booking process.
- All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific tour or package booked. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific tour's cancellation policy.
- Tundra Tides reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient participation. In such cases, affected clients will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
4. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health certificates.
- It is highly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.
- Travelers must adhere to the instructions of tour guides and local regulations for safety and environmental protection, especially during wildlife observation and eco-adventure activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tundra Tides acts as an agent for various third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport companies, local guides). While we select our partners with care, Tundra Tides shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or irregularity that may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. All participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with adventure travel, including exposure to unpredictable weather and wildlife.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tundra Tides or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of this site without our express written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
